Le pôle œnotouristique s’insère au chausse pied sur la seule parcelle constructible du domaine, étroite et pentue. Conciliant un programme tripartite, la trame radiale concentre le circuit de vinification, le linéaire d’exposition et le parcours d’enseignement. Sédiments hétérogènes d’un terroir ou écritures d’un palimpseste, les flux – moûts, savoirs, visiteurs – s’entremêlent sans se confondre. Les courbes tantôt généreuses, tantôt contractées, guident les corps et cadrent les vues. Le pragmatisme des assemblages Zollinger permet de réaliser une importante économie de matière tout en respectant la trame initiale. L’enchevêtrement de pièces de bois reprend le vocabulaire formel de la tonnellerie. L’aménagement paysager prolonge l’architecture d’un même mouvement via des vignes didactiques disposées en écho au bâti.
The wine tourism hub is wedged into the estate’s only buildable plot, a narrow and steep one. Reconciling a tripartite program, the radial framework concentrates the winemaking circuit, exhibition space, and educational pathway. Like the heterogeneous sediments of a terroir or the layered writings of a palimpsest, flows – of must, knowledge, and visitors – intertwine without merging. Curves, at times expansive, at times constricted, guide movement and frame perspectives. The pragmatism of Zollinger assemblies enables significant material savings while respecting the original framework. The interwoven wooden components echo the formal language of cooperage. The landscape design extends the architecture in a continuous gesture, with didactic vineyards echoing the built structure.
